Discover how Collingwood was once considered “The Chicago of the North” and why we coined the term- rich maritime history that has shaped our identity in the past and for the future. With smaller tour sizes, your group get the most personable experience on the water learning and exploring the sites and places that grew into our town of Collingwood!

Our 1.5 hour Sunset Cruise includes stopping the boat in front of our lighthouse and enjoying the best view of a Collingwood sunset listening to the gentle waters lapping upon shore.

The Imperial tower on Nottawasaga Island is one of six throughout Lake Huron. Built between 1855-59 they lit the way and warned of the marine dangers that lurked beneath the water for generations. They were once a critical part of maritime navigation and now stand as reminders of our history and just how far we have come. At each location you will learn from your guide the stories about the men and women who helped shaped Collingwood and the Nottawasaga Bay’s history. Discover the glacial remains that shaped the land as you see it today, and see evidence of its place over Georgian Bay.
